READY MIX TRUCK DRIVER
Location: Las Vegas

Job Description

Objective of the position is to assure the safe and timely delivery of concrete to the customer at the proper slump, to the proper job site. This often times includes beginning the order process for additional orders and encouraging the customer to utilize value added ingredients such as fiber, retardant, color, or other additives. The timely return to the assigned batch plant for another load. Proper maintenance and care of the mixer and other equipment; completing in entirety, all paper work that may be necessary; assist with plant work as required by plant supervisors; maintain good public relations with customers.

Qualifications
Previous concrete mixer experience desired. Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally with customers, plant employees, dispatchers, mechanics and other drivers as needed. Awareness of safety issues and professional attitude when dealing with members of the driving public is required. Must have a Class A or B CDL, and a clean driving record along with the ability to lift 60 pounds.
