Nice to have found that no matter where you're from , the job and the customers are all the same ;D Except the trucks in the states are a lot nicer than ours

Over the years I've found that it doesn't matter how nice your truck is.....you still have to deal with the idiots. And that's what makes an 8 hour day seem like an eternity.

Cheers simon , Been with Hanson for bout 7 yrs now ,before that was O/D with Lafarge and Redland before the takeover.Found Hanson to be okay , no different to any of the others . There's a few trucks up here that look like that gonna try and hit the Truckfest show scene next year just gotta get a few more lights fitted lol

I totally agree that the US Trucks look alot better than the european trucks. But i think the european trucks are more comfortable. I have a bed, dvd-player, refridgerator, mp3-player, AC and stuff in my current truck. No CB-radio though...

It`s nice when a construction site is not ready to take your load. To just lay down on the bed, have a cold coke and watch an episope or two of family guy.. I also sometimes go to plants a long way from home, this way I can live in the car.

some guys from the city plants used to turn the company radio off and listen to the stereo..so they yanked them all out.. you should have seen how pissed they were when one of our guys got caught with a power inverter, tv, and surround system in his truck..he got put in the worst truck at my plant after that
