Introducing myself here. I'm a manager, I work in the field mostly, but I run the plant sometimes too. Hello everyone. I run a small plant with 8 trucks. We put in around 60 hours a week and run from 300 to 500 yds a day.

Wow, 500 yards for 8 trucks is a lot. Your guys must be raking it in.

Wow, 500 yards for 8 trucks is a lot. Your guys must be raking it in. That's over 6 loads a day for each truck, assuming they're 10 yarders. That's a long day.

What part of the planet are you from, Fishwrecker? I'm from Kentucky. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I actually done 504.5 yds last wednesday with 7 trucks. My new guy doesn't start until monday. He drives over the road of the winter, then comes back to us in the spring. We have a website, but I haven't read over the rules of this forum enough to know if I can post it or not. We pumped 220 yards, and then had about 100 yrds on a footer about 2 miles from the plant. The rest of that 504.5 yards was residential. We have a good stephens plant here, and I can dry-batch an 11yd load in just barely 3 minutes. Take care guys! -This mud's for you!
