new to this forum
im in scotland near edinburgh
do you guys get the usualy sayings on site like
give it a good drink driver will it go up there driver ??no it says daf on the grill not jcb) kirky ;D

a heli empty i did a year or to ago the truck was 1 fm7 volvo y on a 2001 year good truck hope this works kirky

Yes, we probably hear the same sayings that you do. Instead of giving it a "good drink" I hear "Give it another shot of water, driver.". And it's always "driver". Some of these mason contractors have known me for over three decades. But, to them I am, and always will be, "driver".

funny soap rymes with sid, but it is banned from all tarmac sites but my boss buys it him self now and we use it when no one is looking ;D
the helicopter empty was for a phone mast which was on top of a scottish mountain near a loch called st marys lock it was a day with a difference
i also got my pics published in tarmacs mag called tarmac world

We used acid at one time, [glow=red,2,300](back in the 60's....but, that's a story for another time! )[/glow] but our boss has to submit soil samples to the Dept. Of Environmental protection from our plant. So, we now use a citrus based cleaner that works okay but not near as good as muriatic acid.
