Hi guys i was told today that they sold my truck and about 30 others and there's not enough work in michigan to bring me back from lay off so now i dont know what to do my plant manager told its best that i find another job because there only going to keep 6 trucks at my plant instead of 7 now . So as of right now i contacted teamster's to see what rights do i have for them doing this to me and if i can bump another driver from a different plant i dont know yet for sure on whats gonna happen but michigan economy is very piss poor and there is absolutey no jobs unless you wanna be a factory rat and work for $7.00 to $9.00 HR but i might need some help to locate for a new job im about ready to get the hell out of here so if you guys know of anybody thats hiring right now and pays decent let me know thanks.

For some reason, we're hiring a bunch of drivers here. Scale is $21.75, and its Teamster, but you'd have to move to the Seattle area. Beats the hell out of Michigan, from what I hear.

slumpy, call and ask to speak to bruce oakley 919-598-3180. He don' t know i'm sending you the plant #, so don't mention me please.
I don't know what you were making up there, but we start at $12.25 per hour for no experiance like myself, more with experiance of course, and there are other companies around, s.t. wooten is here, thomas is here, sunrock is here, and cemex is floating around a little. all of those make much more than we do.

SEATTLE HUH?....DO THEY STILL BREW "MOOSE DROOL" BEER THERE ? That's from Montana, but its still in every store here. I've been from one side of this country to the other, but Seattle has the best beer selection I've ever seen. If you can't find a good microbrew here, you aren't looking hard enough.
