WHAT AN IDIOT! I can only hope the drum was stopped. My initial guess would be that there is a chunk of fin (hard concrete) or an item such as sunglasses he is trying to retrieve. The truck appears to have a charge/lift hopper, so there is still no reason to go in from the top, unless it’s disabled. Thanks for the photos!!

maybe he's shaving...or getting his hair faded up? hard to tell, can't really tell if the hose is in there with him from the picture. had a guy at the company i worked for get his hand pulled in by getting too close to the spinning barrel, why put your head at risk? can you say death wish? maybe that's charles bronson washing down. gabe walker from cliffhanger used to work at my plant.
