This all reminds me of the gun my father had owned since before I was born. It was a Field King .22 caliber hand gun with a 9 shot clip in the handle. He bought it in 1949 before you needed a permit. Beautiful gun. Well, he was living in the Florida Keys just before he died and he wanted me to have the gun. He was too ill to make the trip back to NJ and I couldn't get down there so he MAILED it to me!! I had no idea he was sending it so I got quite a surprise when I opened the package.  He was always doing stuff like that. He told me that after he died he wanted me to bury his ashes in the same plot where his parents are buried. I said okay, but I'd have to check with the cemetery management to find out how to go about doing that. He said that all I had to do was sneak in the cemetery at night, dig a hole and put the ashes in there. I asked him if I needed a lab assistant named Igor to help me. I'd probably get arrested for grave robbing. It's amazing that I turned out as normal as I am (keep it to yerself, Dog!!! ).
