;D Well spring is in the air. The DYI home owner are coming out. Had a classic this week. A drywaller is building a metal storage bldg behind his house. Looks like he got the bldg from the scrap yard. I would be afraid to get near it in on a windy day. It's about 50X50 20 feet high. Well he wants me to back inside, so I start backing towards the bldg and when I get close I notice the door looks a little short. We measure and it's 12' I'm 12'2" loaded. He has his dry wall crew doing the finishing and they don't speak English no surprise. I finally get them to under stand that I can't get through the door and they need to take the cross bar off. The're afraid the bldg will fall. Already a concern with or with out the cross beam (Bolt in Place with 1/4' bolts). Anyway we finally get the cross bar down, pull in and the home owner/head drywaller shows up and says to put my load into three piles and his guys will spread it out. Not being one to argue with a boss type I do has told. After I washed out I went to take a look. What a mess they were trying to drag it down with garden hoes. Can't wait to go back for the next pour. Let's hear some more home owner tales
