That bucket of Mudslide would last one driver a few years, as long as you keep up with the normal acid washing in between applications. I use a small sprayer, and mix it 50/50 with water. A little really does go a long way with it. In fact it actually works better when cut down and applied lightly for some reason.

I always had three brushes on the rear of the truck, and a fourth one hanging on the water tank step (the end of the handle sure did get chewed up when I went into crazy places)
I would grab the first brush at the rear and scrub the inside of the chute/s up and down three times. Rinse, if it's clean then flip it up, if it's not scrub again. Flip the chute up, brush up and down the backside of the chute, rinse. Then the lips of the chute, run brush along those, rinse.
Rev truck up to about 1400 full charge, Go up ladder, grab second brush, (which was hanging in the catwalk holes) and scrub out load hopper, rinse. lean over load hopper to the passenger side of truck and spray down to get the right top side of the discharge hopper, go back up under the load hopper and finish getting the right side of discharge hopper, then get driver's side of hopper. Rinse the first set of fins, putting hand inside of drum below hopper (be sure to stay away from hopper and sides) to get the backside of the fins.
Then I'd rinse out the inside of the drum, then let the back ring scrub itself. I'd rinse out that brush, and grab the third brush, which was a soft bristled brush which didn't scratch paint, and run it over the drum between the back ring and the roller ring. Then reach out towards the front of the truck.
If I was in a hurry I would remove the nozzle off the hose, kink it and blast away. Would eat through 100 gallons of water in about 2 minutes though..
The fourth brush was used to clean mud off the bottoms/sides of my boots. It was your standard bristly brush but I used side cutter pliers to cut the bristles down to about 3/4" I also used it to clean the floor of the truck.
I would also usually wash out twice a day, and always would wash out if there was a yard full of trucks when I got back to the yard. Sure it was a bit obsessive, but I did only have about 350# of build up in the drum after a busy spring summer and halfway into fall. A few of our senior drivers had over 3000# in theirs. They couldn't figure out how a rookie could keep a truck clean inside and out.
I almost always rinsed and scrubbed my chutes out before I went up, and took them off. If it was already somewhat muddy I would just rinse them off so the water wouldn't be close to the truck, and then after cleaning the top side I would scrub them.
About bi-weekly I would clean my chutes out with EMS truck wash, which is a synthetic acid, does not even tingle your skin, but it will remove minor "coated" cement build up easily, but won't do a thing to concrete.
It also helped that the chutes my truck had originally wore out and one collapsed, so I got three brand spanken' new ones. So I started with them clean, when I left they were just as clean.
Yeah, I'm no longer a Mixer Driver. More on that one later, supposedly I can go back in 6 or so months.
