These are a few of the trucks we had in the mid to late 70's. Note that two of them have "diamond" barrels. They were bought used from a ready-mix company in Pennsylvania. They were 8 yard mixers. The others were 10 yarders. On the right-hand side of the photo is the old Diamond-Reo wrecker we had. That thing was so slow that I could have dug my truck out with a sp oon by the time it got to the job. Man...that seems like it was 30 years ago.
