Training New Drivers

I was thinking the other day, (yes thinking). Mixer drivers "most" have more going for them upstairs then most. Anyway I have trained many a driver in my day and wanted to share this. I was training a new kid that used to drive OTR, after about one week on a Monday morning we had a load go to a golf course. He was doing OK and was doing all the driving, so we get to job and these are steep rolling hills for the cart paths. He's backing down a steep grade the customer is guiding him back and all of a sudden he stops, sets the brakes (on the hill) about a half yard puked out the back. I looked over at him and he's white as a ghost, So being the polite one before the storm, I ask whats wrong. He looks at me and Say's I just chit my pants , I have heard many explanations but this one took me by surprise. I said here's the newspaper, over there is a clump of tree's (out now) and go get cleaned up......Use the hose before you get back in. He wanted to go home after the load, was gone, (no pun) so I ran him by his apt. He said I'll be right back. I waited for 20 min. I never saw him again.
Anyone else have any beauties like these out there....lol

WOW I allmost fell out of my chair reading this one!! Thats some funny chit.

I puked about half a yard out on the street backing down a hill, thought I was gonna chit myself too. LMAO

I've only been driving for a couple years. I still concider myself a new guy. The guys with years of exprience do the training around here.

We don't have any guys (that I know of) who sh!t themselves,
HOWEVER....we have an old guy who runs the shovel in the pit, we call him "Diggums"
And it aint cause he digs in the dirt men.............
