I've known of guys who pick up a six and drink it during the day. In NJ if you get DWI'ed (even in your own car) you lose your CDL for one year. I don't agree with that but it's the law.

I have to admit, about 20 years ago I was on a job and it was over 100 degrees. The customer had a cooler full of beer. He offered me one and I, stupidly, said "Sure!".
