THE FIRST WEEK OR SO OF LAY-OFF WAS DEDICATED TO STRAIGHTENING & TIDYING UP THINGS AROUND THE PLACE. AFTER THAT, BOREDOM SEEPS IN. THEN THE BEER n' BOOZE RUNS OUT  . SO AS I LIE ON MY SOFA SWEATING THRU DETOX, I NOTICE THINGS I'VE FORGOTTEN OR NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO NOTICE BEFORE. SUCH AS  :
..OUR WASHING MACHINE SOUNDS LIKE MY DOG LAPPING UP WATER. (I'm laying there thinkin' that's one thirsty dog  ! I have ta let her out when she's done....when she's done....when she's done....Where's she puttin' all that water  ?).
.. WHEN THE WIFE SEZ THE WASHING MACJNE SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE HAVING SEX, YOU TAKE THAT AS A BIG
HINT AND ACT ACCORDINGLY  !!...(you big dummy) !
..TWINKLING XMAS TREE LIGHTS COULD BE A COMMIE PLOT TO HYPNOTIZE THE FREE WORLD POPULOUS & PROGRAM OUR MINDS TO ...NEVER MIND  ...
..HOUSE CATS CAN HIT THE CEILING WHEN KICKED SQUARE IN THE ASS ;D!.....(a theory I proved to be fact by trial and error ).
..ONE COULD WASTE AN HOUR OR TWO WITH A BIRD FEEDER AND A B-B GUN ....(yet another theory proven).
..EVEN THOUGH YOUR PICK-UP TRUCK COSTS YOU AN ARM AND A LEG, SHE STILL LOOKS AWESOME ALL SHINED UP IN YOUR DRIVEWAY ;D...(at least it's money spent on you finally)  .
..NEXT WINTER I'LL BE SHINING UP A HARLEY WITH MY PICK UP !...(just watch me)!
..I'VE NOTICED THAT THE WIFE HAS ME HAND WASH MORE DISHES THAN SHE PUTS IN THE DISHWASHER  ..(another commie plot no doubt).

Aside from all the stressing over money and stuff...
I've found that cabin fever is the worst sickness one can have. I always try to get out of the house at least once a day, but sometimes that isn't possible.
Christmas doesn't go any smoother when you have a lot of time on your hands. Shopping is still done at the last damn minute.
And I kinda miss having somewhere to go every day. There, I said it.

I always try to get out of the house at least once a day, but sometimes that isn't possible. Christmas doesn't go any smoother when you have a lot of time on your hands. Shopping is still done at the last damn minute. And I kinda miss having somewhere to go every day. Well, the Seahawks won 4 games this year. The UW Huskies didn't win any. The WSU Cougars won 1 (against the Huskies).
Yeah, Washington state football sucks this year. And the Mariners lost 101 games. And the Sonics moved out of town.
