I work for a small non-union company that is family owned with 2 plants, in 2 states (13 miles apart)
18 drivers (9 at each plant)
33 mixers total:
25 ('95-'06) Oshkosh fronts 2 ('80) Autocar rears 2 ('90,'92) Peterbuilt rears 4 ('78-'79) International Paystar rears
At this point we only run front discharge mixers because our customers cry when they get a rear on the job site.
1 bulk tankers (every day use) 2 bulk tankers (spares)

In our region, we run two plants, 24 trucks at one of them and about 45 or so at the main one. Four of them are OshKosh, the rest are Kenworths, old Autocars (soon to be retired, hopefully), and a couple old Petes. We were supposed to be getting a bunch of newer ones when Cemex bought us out, but now that we've been sold again, who knows?

The company i work for has 28 trucks (Macks ,sterlings, Benz) , 5 of those being what we call minis(2.6 MTS) and all these trucks are shared between 4 plants the main being in ballarat , victoria ,about an hours drive from melbourne. Some of our deliveries are in to the country areas and this is a nice change from the rat race of the city plant. Several months ago we had a major for this area anyway job which was the construction of 130 wind turbine bases in which every base took 300 cubic metres. Our company put a portable plant near the site and this was a good job out of the rat race also as this was 30 kms out of town. In ballarat here we have a goldmine which we were supplying at all hours of the day and night but our company has put in a plant several months ago on site at the gold mine and several of our drivers are working just at the gold mine round the clock delivering shotcrete to the underground mine. cheers from oz leroy

just a estimate here (denmark only - not sure about the other plants in naighbor contries.)
- Mixers trucks 7.5m3 (9,75yrd) where only 5 dont have conveyer - 290-310 trucks - Mixer tailers + tracktors(trucks) 11m3 (14,3yrds) - around 20 "freelancers" - Mixer trailers with conveyer 10m3 (13yrds) - 15-20 - 10 large pumps - 5 small pumps - 3 pumi mixers (regular mixer with pump fittet instead of conveyer.)
Then we have the "hired" help, off plant trucks either with mixer container or simply outside hired concrete mixers on daily basis.
so at max capasity in denmark only around 340-360units on around 50 plants.

Oh man, that would be nice. Some of our trucks are embarrassingly old. Like the one I normally drive. Sometimes it sucks being a rookie.
