I'll bring it back around. Had two trips to a mall today. Wall grout. Easy sh*t. The pumper told me, "I like it when you guys show up with exactly what I want. Makes my job easy". Who's better 'n us?

I have seen many OTR drivers come and go, some stay but very few.
Think about it, Where else can you work a job never knowing when you go in or get off. There's no loyalty anymore. It takes a special driver to pilot a mixer and put up with all the BS that's thrown at you. I say a dime a dozen my A#@!!!!, Look at Lafarge, they lost over 50% of their senior work force at (pay by load), then they lost their best customers hiring wannabes, Now their up a creek. Maybe others will learn from their mistake, at least our company said no way to (pay per load). we have over 50% of Lafarge's best customers and didn't have to train new drivers. ;D
