:-XWe have a problem with build up now that the governors have decided to use a cement retarding mix to stick in the drum at the end of the day with stone and water of course, it does not work but there adamant we have to use it rather than wash out with water. I’m having to dig out the drum on a monthly cycle now and am getting a bit wound up what do you guys do? Any help would be useful Regards

Our plant runs off of well water so we have to be careful about our water use, but we do fine using only a couple hundred gallons to rinse our drums at the end of the day then empty our tank into the drum for a final rinse it's works pretty good. ;D I'm assuming that water is an issue with your Governors. :-XAlso have a crew come thru once a quarter to clean out drums. ;D

our batchman gives us 240 gallons of water at the end of the day.. and we fill our water tanks..I run all the water the batchman gives out at one time.. and then use my water tank to rinse till I'm out it works out good.. usually around the last two flushes it comes out clean

Sorry for the delay in my reply boys. Well we use a reclaimer aswell as recycled water but we still manage to get build up, I’ll say this though the chip chip chip method doesn’t half build your arms up “every cloud has a silver lining” rings true.
