wow, i think i'm gonna print this out, make copies, and distribute them to certain contractors. we have a couple different contractors that have no idea how to give signals. This one outfit pours walls out of trucks and will have you in the truck and they'll be on the chute YELLING at you when to start and stop and go and back. you explain to them that you can't hear them and they'll have to use hand signals and they just stare at you like you're speaking a foreign language. thanks again, Matt for providing the picture.

no, these guys speak perfect english. i think they're all just a few french fries short of a happy meal...not the brightest crayons in the box, you know.

Yeah, I hear ya Joe. Up here in NJ the "day laborers" outnumber the Americans. If they don't get work they spend the day getting drunk (sounds like me in my 20's). Then they become a big problem.
