Does everybody have a 40 hour guarantee? We do here. I don't think there is a company in this area that doesn't. They all do it different, but it is nice when there is not a lot going, too much rain, or too cold. They have no problem sending us home or telling us not to bother coming in.

We don't have a "guarantee" that we'll get 40 hrs. but since the new owner took over we've gotten our 40 hrs. plus OT. The only cut we've seen is Saturdays. During the winter we've been closed on Saturdays. I like to sleep in but I miss the money.

They only thing that we've been "guaranteed" is that it's bustin' loose soon.

Well here it is Tues. and I worked 5am to 8pm on Monday then 5am to 6pm today. so in 2 days I have 28hrs. in. But I'm the only driver back full time though. Looks like this summer is going to be slammed. I never have trouble getting my 40 in. If theres no mud to haul I work on trucks.
